I am an experienced Senior Project Manager specialising in managing large scale creative visual installations including window scheme and in-store prop launches.
I am an accomplished creative strategist, able to develop ideas from concept through to creation, and able to balance outstanding creativity and commercial success.
I am adept at managing multiple teams across various roles and functions to action and implement project work.
I am driven, enthusiastic and engaged: someone who works well independently and as part of a team.
I am a keen problem solver able to pull from over 7 years of creative and visual retail experience.
I have exceptional presentation skills and a fantastic communicator who is clear and concise in person and on paper.
I am highly proficient in Adobe design software (Ai Id Ps); Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and proficient in SketchUp.
I am passionate about art and design. I work freelance as a graphic designer and launched my own greeting card company in 2020 (see more in Extracurricular).
I have a BA degree in Fashion Design from Edinburgh College of Art.

Pride 2019 Global Flagship Window and Customer Activation 
(as part of my role as Topshop Creative Manager, Global Flagship)

- Worked alongside senior managers and directors to dictate and define scheme elements working with internal and external teams to conceptualise, price, plan and implement.
- Facilitated the collaboration between Topshop Topman and Ballie Ballerson customer activation (immersive ball pit) linking in with various specialist functions including legal, insurance, and marketing to drive the collaboration and encourage cohesive ways of working.
- Display scheme and activation and contributed to a +10% lift on sales VS previous week and +3% the following week.
Halloween 2019 Flagship Window and Digital Activation
(as part of my role as Topshop Topman Creative Manager, Global Flagship)

- facilitated this creative display scheme managing teams who created elements utilised across physical and digital assets
- worked alongside senior managers and directors to dictate and define scheme elements, playing a key role in the final output
- supported Marketing and PR to drive an in-store activation with 'Culture Hustle'
